The core group of Solar Farm is made of two professionals with a background in the telecommunication and electronics industries. From 2005 they grew interest toward the photovoltaic technology, its applications, and the possible investment opportunities for grid-connected PV plants. They collected a growing sponsor interest from private investors and they set up Solar Farm as a first seed of further investments in renewable- sources energy production.

Marco Bonvini

Milan, 43 yrs., university degree in Industrial Technology Engineering at Milan Politecnico University in 1987. Employed by multinational companies (Henkel, Sirti, Vodafone) in logistics, procurement and business development, before managing the start-up of a telecommunication infrastructures company.  Followed a session on PV technology held by the Fraunhofer Institute at the 2006 Intersolar exhibition in Freiburg.

Emilio Zechini

Milan, 42 yrs., university degree in Industrial Technology Engineering at Milan Politecnico University in 1989. Officer of Carabinieri Army (1990-91), employed by Italtel (1991-2001) as business developer and controller and further Head of Controlling and Finance for a consumer electronics company.
