Is it still worthy a solar farm in Italy?

The current Feed-In-Tariff regulation (so-called "Conto Energia") is particulary appealing for investors able to rise funds to leverage on. The cap set on global incentives in other Europen countries is driving capitals from any part of the world into just a few Southern Italian Regions, in a sort of Golden Rush. The growing number of grid-connection requests submitted in 2008 overwhelmed the energy operators prompting to almost a stall in the operations. But in some other places operations have yet to start.
